If you'd like to join our approved subcontractor list, complete the contractor appraisal questionnaire below. It takes around 20 minutes. You can save your progress and come back to it.

It helps to have these to hand: your public and employer's liability insurance certificates, any ISO, CHAS, Constructionline or similar certificates, and your quality, environmental, health and safety and sustainability policies. You can upload them as you go, or email them to Claire Ramsden at claire.ramsden@lowther.co.uk once you've submitted the form.
