In addition to the core service disciplines delivered across all Lowther offices, Penrith is the base for our arboricultural surveying and advanced assessment team. This team delivers BS5837 tree surveys, arboricultural impact assessments, arboricultural method statements, development watching briefs, and advanced diagnostic assessments including Sonic Tomography, Biomechanical Assessment and IML Resi PD testing. They are physically based at the Penrith office and travel to sites across the UK.
Our teams here also bring decades of experience on environmental and utility framework programmes, including a continuous relationship with a major UK water utility that dates back to 1980. That depth of experience means our operatives understand the compliance, safety and ecological standards these programmes require.

The region takes in Cumbria, Northumberland and the north of England, the Scottish Borders and Central Belt, and onward across Scotland as client programmes require.
